Our 90-Day Promise

We believe in what we make. Every Ember & Altar workbook is designed to deepen your understanding of Scripture, equip you to defend your faith, and draw you closer to God. If it doesn’t, we’ll make it right.

You have 90 days from the day your order is delivered to request a full refund — no questions asked, no fine print, no arguing with a bot. Email support@emberandaltar.com with your order number and we’ll take it from there.

How to Request a Refund

  1. Email support@emberandaltar.com within 90 days of delivery.
  2. Include your order number (e.g. #1001) and a short note so we can improve — though the note is optional.
  3. We’ll reply within one business day with next steps.

You don’t need to ship the book back. Keep it, pass it to a friend, or donate it to your church. The refund goes through either way.

How Refunds Are Issued

Refunds are processed to the original payment method used at checkout. Once approved on our end, most customers see the money back within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.

We do not issue refunds to a different card or account than the one originally charged.

Damaged or Lost Shipments

If your order arrives damaged, please email us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the damage. We’ll ship a replacement at no cost to you — no need to return the original.

If your tracking shows the package as delivered but you never received it, reach out and we’ll file a carrier claim on your behalf and send a replacement.

What’s Not Covered

  • Gift cards are non-refundable once issued.
  • Digital downloads (if included with your order) are non-refundable once accessed.
  • Shipping fees are always free on our orders, so there’s nothing to refund there.

Order Cancellations

If you need to cancel an order that hasn’t yet shipped, email us as soon as possible. Most orders ship within 1–2 business days, so reach out quickly if plans change. Once a package is in transit we can’t cancel it — but you’re still covered by our 90-day guarantee once it arrives.

International Orders

Our refund policy applies worldwide. Return shipping is never required. If customs or duties were charged on your end at delivery, those are set by your country and cannot be refunded by us — but the product amount is fully refundable per the terms above.
